I started Domus Luxx because I kept seeing the same thing happen, on both sides of the same transaction. Guests booking a stay in London were getting generic listings and cookie-cutter service — nobody asking what they actually needed the trip to be. And landlords handing their property to management companies were getting the same treatment: a number on a spreadsheet, not a person to call.
I wanted to build something different. A company that starts every guest relationship by asking a simple question — what does your perfect trip look like? — and then actually delivers on the answer, whether that's a quiet work base near Canary Wharf, a family week in Greenwich, or a celebration in Notting Hill. And a company that treats every landlord's property the way I'd want my own treated: cared for properly, communicated about honestly, and never left to chance.
