Step 2 : Guaranteed Rent Agreement
We offer a fixed monthly rent for an agreed period (usually 2-5 years). Your income is guaranteed - whether the property is occupied or not.
Step 3 : We Handle Everything
Once the agreement is signed, we take full responsibilities for the day - to - day managements : occupants, maintenance coordination, inspections and compliance.
